My personal fitness journey started in January 2010, although I had tried before to lose weight and be fit, I found that it wouldn’t last due to life’s ever changing circumstances and my approach was all wrong. But in Jan, 2010, I found out that there is a way to keep the momentum going, the success and results coming, no matter what is happening in your life. It has been thrilling, grueling, inspiring, rewarding, humbling and all worth it. I love learning from every source available. I love learning from my own body and from nature and from others. I am always in a mindset of learning. In the past few years, I have learned to listen to my body, although this is a continual learning process, I am very thankful for being able to listen to my body. This is of ultimate importance for each and every one of us because no one can tell you what is best for you to do personally, better than you can yourself. We can plan all we want, but it always comes down to doing what your body can and should do on any given day. Otherwise, we risk losing all we’ve gained. Life is not about following a rigid plan, rather its about adapting and growing. Everyone and everything is just a guide. I can help you to learn to listen to your body. I can help you learn about fitness and nutrition and being mindful of all you do and don’t do.
